“One of the most important things I learned at MCS is listening. I was told to listen, and it was amazing. After about a month, I started to really understand what listening was about. Coming from a dance background, I knew how to listen and respond with my body. I began to learn to listen in a different way. Matt never made me feel like I was just a dancer, encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone. He told me ” I won’t let you rest in your talent. Its not fair to you or me. I won’t let you. ” And I am so grateful he didn’t! I realized that I loved to act, cultivating a passion I had no idea even existed!

So thank you so much for being an inspiration. I use that piece of advice every day; onstage, and off. I love you Matt and MCS!!!!!!”
