The Artist Initiative is a rotating artist-in-residence program for writers. Artists-in-residence will work with MCS for a set period of three months to create original work and promote original writing within the MCS acting community. This program will provide writers with community, resources and space to support their artistic practice. Artists-in-Residence will receive a monthly stipend.

Artists-in-Residence will be chosen by application for a participation period of 3 months (Jan-Mar, Apr-June, Sept-Nov) to produce scenes and cold reads for in-class work, culminating in a scene showcase at the end of their residency, featuring MCS actors.

LR Savage will kick things off for the Jan-Mar period with a showcase on April 3!

Email admin@matthewcorozinestudio.com for more info and if interested in applying for Apr. - June and/or Sept-Nov.
